Guest Policies
AFTER HOURS NEEDS
Our front desk is open from 11 am to 7 pm. If you need to contact us outside those hours, please call or text 801-473-9288, or call or text 801-897-1844.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS
Cancellations must be made in writing 72 hours in advance. Cancellations and no shows made after that time will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
DAMAGES
Rental guests are responsible for any and all damages incurred in their units during time of stay. Rooms are inspected prior to arrival and after checkout and all damages noted and documented.
Guest credit cards will be billed for all repairs.
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
Our fire alarm system is sensitively programmed. We recommend turning on fans, closing bedroom doors, and opening windows when cooking.

Please see the attached map in case of fire emergency.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Each studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom rental unit includes cookware, serving ware, glassware, and flatware. These items are to be kept in the unit and left in good repair. Items are inventoried
after each guest stay and broken or missing items will be billed to the guest.
Food and beverage storage and cooking facilities are also provided. Food and beverages may be purchased offsite and prepared and consumed onsite. Additionally, barbecue facilities are available
on the patio for guest use. Guests using these facilities are responsible to leave the barbecue area clean of trash. Alcoholic beverages purchased offsite may not be consumed in barbecue area or other public areas.
GUEST BEHAVIOR
Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 6 am. This policy is strictly enforced. Guests not in compliance with this policy will be asked to leave and no room refunds will be given.
Any behavior which disturbs the peace and safety of the Lodge will be grounds for expulsion at the option of management. Removal by management is final and permanent. No room refunds will
be given.
HOUSEKEEPING
Our housekeeping staff provides clean towels and trash removal daily. For stays of four days or longer, we provide a mid-week clean. If you do not wish to receive these services, please
notify the front desk.
INTERNET ACCESS
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility
LAUNDRY
Onsite coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the first floor. Laundry soap is available at the front desk at a minimal cost. Quarters are also available at the front desk.
PETS
Pets are not allowed at the Lodge.
POOL AND SPAS
The pool and spa facilities open each morning at 6 am and close at 10:30 pm. Pool towels are provided under the sink in the bathroom of each rental unit. Please notify the front desk if
you require additional towels.
SMOKING
The Lodge at Stillwater is a smoke free facility. Utah Law stipulates that no smoking is allowed within 25 feet of buildings, including patios and balconies. Guests found in violation of
this policy will be assessed a $150 fine.
WORK OUT ROOM
Our work out room is located on the parking level just past the elevators. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests are responsible to sanitize and wipe down equipment
after use with the sanitizing spray and paper towels provided.
